WILL I BE ABLE TO FIT THE PARTS MYSELF?
Yes all parts can be fitted by a reasonably competent person! All fairings are pre-fitted with Dzuz fasteners but will just require you to drill the mounting point holes.
DO YOU OFFER FITTING ADVICE?
If you are having trouble fitting any of the kit you purchased from us, please call the office on 07940 932628 or email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help and give advise.
WHAT IS THE FINISH/MATERIAL LIKE?
The fairings come in white gel coat and made from woven twill fibreglass, with reinforced mounting points. Please be aware that the fairings are sold ‘ready for painting’.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes this is not a problem providing the address is accessible and someone is available to sign for the goods. Just complete the relevant fields in the payment page.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
UK Mainland – Next working day (Orders up to 1:00pm)
UK Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands – 2-3 working days. We do not ship on a Friday, any items purchased after 1pm Thursday, will be sent Monday or Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday.
HOW ARE MY ITEMS SENT?
All items will be delivered using DPD Local and will require a signature on delivery. Tracking numbers can be provided on request.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. We can’t accept returns on any items that have been altered and/or painted. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back. What you need to do
Contact me on 07940 932628 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number. We will discuss your options and provide address for you to return.
Package your items securely using plenty of packaging material to avoid damage in shipping.
Please return your goods using an insured signed for service. We will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS, WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event you happen to receive faulty or damaged goods please email photographs of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging within 48 hours to email@example.com quoting your name and order number and we will be happy to help resolve this.
I HAVE ITEMS MISSING?
If you receive your order and products are missing please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours quoting your order number and name and we will be happy to replace the item/s.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If you receive your order and the products have been damaged in transit, to email@example.com quoting your order number and name and we will be happy to replace the item/s.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?
Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process this using the same information used in the original purchase and can take 48 hours to appear.
